Rates are charged per order, not per item, and are shown in full at checkout before you pay. If you are shopping in a currency other than pounds sterling, the equivalent amount is calculated at checkout.
Dispatch times
Dispatch is the time it takes us to get your order into the carrier's hands. It is not the delivery time.
- Footwear and apparel are dispatched within 1 to 2 days.
- Tech accessories, drinkware, beauty and collectibles are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.
A small number of items differ from both windows. Every product page states that item's own dispatch time, and that figure is the one that applies to your order.
Delivery
Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays outside our control can occasionally extend them.
If your order has not arrived within the stated window plus 7 business days, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will chase it.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders travelling outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, taxes and customs charges set by the destination country. Where these can be calculated in advance we collect them at checkout so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Where they cannot, they are payable by you to the carrier or customs authority. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Fulfilment
We work with authorised suppliers rather than holding all inventory in one warehouse, so some orders are fulfilled directly by our suppliers. This does not change your dispatch window or your rights.
Returns
Returns are covered separately in our Refund Policy. In short: United Kingdom customers may return an item within 7 days, and return postage is paid by the customer. Faulty or incorrect items are accepted regardless of destination. Nothing in this policy removes any statutory right you hold under the law of your country of residence.
